Userreference Access

With Userreference Access, site administrators can choose to give additional view or edit access to users who are associated with a node by userreference fields.

This provides a way for the original author of a node (or an administrator) to allow specific users view access to a node (with the default settings for the module) or add further authors (with the edit permission setting).
